The 【TYPE-FML】 is a flat-type spray nozzle made of PP (polypropylene). It was developed as a high-flow version of our "TYPE-FM" and further enhances the impact power of FM. It is particularly effective for washing off dirt and is also suitable for watering and defoaming. Since it is a one-piece design, there are no combinations. There are four types available based on the difference in spray nozzle diameter. The spray angle and spray volume vary depending on the nozzle diameter. Additionally, being made of resin, it is resistant to acids and alkalis, making it ideal for surface cleaning before painting or plating.

Integrated flat-type spray with low flow rate.

The 【TYPE-FMS】 is a flat-type spray nozzle made of PP (polypropylene) that provides a strong spray even with a small amount of water. Due to its low flow rate, the mounting screw size is also small at 1/8” (male thread), and it generates a fine mist in a one-piece design. It was developed for use in automatic car wash watering systems, but its applications have expanded widely. It is suitable not only for cleaning and watering but also for defoaming, and larger spray diameters can utilize impact force. Additionally, being made of resin, it is resistant to acids and alkalis, making it ideal for surface cleaning before painting or plating. The 【TYPE-FF】 is a flat-type spray nozzle made of PP (polypropylene) that sprays in a nearly semicircular pattern.
